I ordered a pair of your Woman's Phylly Laced Boots in August of 2022 and have just started wearing them and noticed that there is like a slit on the bottom near the sole. I love the boots but Fingerhut will not help me. I was wondering if I could exchange them for the same item.Thank you for your help in advance. Sincerely, Sylvie Bilodeau

Awful clips broke after day 1

Clips on both sides of 110.00 boats plus tax! Tore away after day 1 wearing. I bought these fir my daughter for xmas. Was her only gift! Send me a new pair

User's recommendation: Do not buy ones with clips.

Clasps tore away from boots

Boots i bought for my daughter xmas gift- all the metal clasps on each side tore away from boot?? All she wanted was Bearpaw boots i paid over 100.00 for these boots plus tax i delete all my emails and didnt save receipt u can look up my name and email to see i purchased these please refund my money so i can get her a xmas gift!

I can rate for no service received

Shoes are too big, and they hurt my feet, painful to wear and can't walk in them too difficult too hard not flexible

Can’t get ahold of anyone from bearpaw

I need my order canceled before it ships, Ive tried contacting everyday to get ahold of someone and nothing has worked.

I didn’t get what I was supposed to.

BEARPAW - I didn’t get what I was supposed to.
II only got one, instead of 2 bear paws I'm suing for a million dollars if I don't get free bear paws
